The property is approached over a short and private gravel driveway off the local road. Then a gate opens to a large gravel area to the side of the villa where there is plenty of parking for several vehicles, and to the car port.
Main entrance door opens into the spacious and sunny reception room with high ceilings.
Upon entering the house you will be facing an Atrium courtyard with glass on all three sides letting light into the house. The courtyard extends to a terrace that overlooks stunning views.
